Do I need to have an account to make a purchase? ⌄
No, you can also place your order as a Guest.
What does an EXTRA-EXTRA account allow me to do? ⌄
You will have access to options including a wishlist, orders, store credits, and personal details.
I have forgotten the password to my account. How can I get a new one? ⌄
Enter to the login section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. Type your email address to receive a password reset link. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please contact hi@extra-extra.com.au
Is my credit card information secure? ⌄
For security reasons we will never store your credit card information. We process all orders via Shopify Payments, whose secure server and encryption technology goes above and beyond security industry standards.
How do I know what size is best for my child? ⌄
Please refer to our Size Guide for measurements. We also aim to provide product specific garment measurements on each of our product pages. Feel free to contact us for further assistance on sizing via email hi@extra-extra.com.au
What Buy Now, Pay Later options do you offer? ⌄

Do you ship internationally? ⌄
All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express to most countries, at a flat delivery fee depending on your region. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
Do you have any stockists? ⌄
EXTRA-EXTRA is currently available exclusively through our website.
Online Orders
How will I know if you received my order? ⌄
Once you’ve selected your preferred payment option and confirmed checkout you’ll be charged immediately. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email.
When will I receive my order? ⌄
All items available online are in stock and ready to ship, unless stated otherwise. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and usually take 1-7 business days to reach anywhere, worldwide through AusPost or DHL Express services. If an item is on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be noted within the product description. For more information on shipping and delivery click here.
Can I exchange an item on my order? ⌄
At this stage we are not able to exchange items, but you are welcome to return the item/s for a store credit and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend placing a new order for the size you desire right away as we cannot hold items and stock is limited.
What if I receive an incorrect item? ⌄
Please email us at hi@extra-extra.com.au with your order number and the incorrect item received and we will assist.
What if I receive a faulty item? ⌄
We take pride in providing our families with products of the highest quality and make sure to check each item before it is sent out. In the rare instance that you have received an item with a defect please email us immediately at hi@extra-extra.com.au with your order number and a photo of the fault and our team will assist with the matter.
How can I track my order? ⌄
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number.
Garments
How do I wash my EXTRA-EXTRA garments? ⌄
Generally, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold or warm water (depending on the fabrication) and hanging to air dry; tumble drying will cause items to shrink. Precise care instructions for each individual fabric are attached to each garment.
Will you restock an item that's sold out? ⌄
We produce all of our garments in limited runs. This means once a product is sold out it will most likely not be replaced. If we do decide to re-stock a sold out item, we may offer it for Pre-Order or you will be able to sign up to a Back in stock notification on the product page.
