United States – Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
All applicable duties and taxes are included in our US pricing. You won’t be charged additional fees on delivery.

Import Duties & Customs (International Orders)

United States Orders

For orders shipped to the United States, our pricing is designed to include applicable duties and taxes. In most cases, you will not be charged additional fees on delivery.

In the rare event that customs charges are applied by U.S. authorities, these are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are outside of our control.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to unpaid customs charges, incomplete information, or lack of response to carrier communications, the following applies:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping, handling, or customs fees incurred may be deducted from your refund

  • Parcels abandoned or destroyed by customs are not eligible for refund

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

  • Russia

  • Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man)

  • Ukraine

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Certain countries in Africa and the Pacific

Tracking your Parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Authority to Leave

If you choose to authorise delivery without signature (Authority to Leave), EXTRA-EXTRA is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delayed + Lost Packages

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider and is outside of our control.

While EXTRA-EXTRA is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or mis-delivered in transit, we will always do our best to assist with locating your shipment and lodging an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider, any resolution (including replacement or refund) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with the carrier’s policies.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll work with you to investigate.
