We offer worldwide shipping and all orders are processed within 1-3 business days from Sydney, Australia. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Free shipping for Australian orders over $100 AUD and international orders over $350 AUD.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Free shipping for international orders over $350 AUD.

DHL Express to Oceania (excl. NZ), Asia, Europe, USA + Canada

DHL Express to Middle East, Africa, South America + Caribbean

Please note we are unable to ship to the following countries: Russia, Channel Islands (Jersey, Isle of Man, Guernsey), Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs. Customs fees are not included in the price and differ for each country. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Refusal to pay customs taxes or duties may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case we reserve the right to charge customers any shipping fees associated.

Tracking your Parcel

Once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.

Authority to Leave

You may have the option to give written authority to the shipping provider to leave the parcel unattended via a digital signature. If you provide an Authority to Leave we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen parcels once it has been marked as delivered.

Delayed + Lost Packages

We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, due to factors out of our control, we acknowledge that shipping may, from time to time, be delayed. EXTRA-EXTRA does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered as a result of any such delay.

Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 10 business days of dispatching your order please do not hesitate to get in contact with us and we will do our best to assist you in tracking it down.
