Returns

 

We expect that you and your family will love your purchases from EXTRA-EXTRA. On the off chance you wish to return any full-priced item/s for a refund or store credit, please contact hi@extra-extra.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will assign a returns authorisation (RA) number to you and provide you with the return shipping address. 

Returns Postage

We do not cover the cost of postage on returns unless your order is faulty. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels.

Condition

All items are carefully QC’d and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. 

All items must be in their original packaging and returned to EXTRA-EXTRA in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will notify you via email.

Sale or Promotional Items

All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. 

Full priced items purchased using the 10% Welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.

Faulty Items

Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund. Please contact hi@extra-extra.com.au with your order number and a photograph and description of the faulty item and we will get back to you.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Time Frame

Please contact hi@extra-extra.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request an RA number.

All item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (In Australia) and 30 days for International orders to the following address:

Once your return has been received and approved we will refund you by the original payment method or provide you with an online store credit, less the cost of original shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days of receipt of the return for the refund to be processed.
