We hope you and your family love your purchase from EXTRA-EXTRA. If you wish to return or exchange any full-priced items, please contact hi@extra-extra.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Exchanges are processed via a store credit (credit note), allowing you to reorder your desired item or size.
Once we’ve received your email, we’ll provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Returns Postage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as EXTRA-EXTRA is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
Condition of Returned Items
All items are quality checked prior to dispatch.
Returned items must:

Be in original condition

Have all tags attached

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Be returned in original packaging
If returned items do not meet these conditions, we will notify you via email and may return the item to you.
Sale or Promotional Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Full-priced items purchased using the 10% Welcome code are eligible for a refund or store credit.
Items purchased:

on sale at greater than 10% off, or

using promotional or sale discount codes are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Faulty Items
If an item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds & Store Credit
When requesting a return, please let us know whether you would prefer a refund or a store credit (credit note). Requests for an exchange are processed via store credit only, allowing you to place a new order for your preferred size or style.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit will be provided, less the original shipping cost.
Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
